Abstract:
A monitoring method and apparatus for a real-time dynamic load of a bearing (2), and a method for evaluating the lifetime of a bearing (2). The monitoring method comprises: determining a transfer function of a bearing (2) (T10), wherein the transfer function is a function reflecting a relationship between a load applied onto the bearing (2) and a response signal, and the response signal reflects the motion situation when the bearing (2) suffers the load; under the operation condition, acquiring a response signal of the bearing (2) in real time (T20); and obtaining a real-time dynamic load of the bearing (2) according to the transfer function and the response signal (T30). The monitoring method and apparatus are less limited by a mounting condition, and an obtained load is more accurate and real.
