Abstract:
According to the present invention, a method for monitoring an operation state of a boiler 1 comprises: an exhaust gas collection step S1 for collecting exhaust gas generated by combustion of fuel fed into a combustion furnace 2 of the boiler 1; and an estimation step S2 for estimating the contained amount of alkali metals and/or chlorine on the basis of the contained amount of fine salt particles in the exhaust gas having been collected in the exhaust gas collection step S1.
