Abstract:
A monitoring device (100) for physical strength, comprising: a sensor module (101), configured to sense a physiological signal; a user interface (103), configured to receive biological information; a memory (104), configured to store the biological information and at least one mathematical model; and a processing module (102), configured to execute the at least one mathematical model for operating the following items: evaluating an anaerobic energy value and an aerobic energy value based on the physiological signal and the biological information; and combining anaerobic energy and aerobic energy and generating a physical strength value. Also provided are a method for evaluating a physical strength value and a method for adjusting the method for evaluating the physical strength value according to the anaerobic energy value and the aerobic energy value of users. Further provided is an evaluating device for physical strength levels.
