Abstract:
This monitoring system for assisting monitoring of a subject on a bed has: an image acquisition unit which acquires an image from an imaging device installed so as to photograph a monitoring area including the bed of the subject; a status quantification unit which, on the basis of the image of the monitoring area obtained by the image acquisition unit, outputs a score obtained by quantifying the status of the subject; and a status display unit which displays, on a display device, a graph indicating the temporal change of the score outputted from the status quantification unit.
