Abstract:
According to the present invention, a monitoring camera (1) outputs a captured image by capturing an image of a predetermined place, an image processing device (2) acquires the captured image from a monitoring camera 1 and performs a masking process on a specific section in the captured image, and a monitoring device (3) acquires the captured image after system processing from the image processing device (2) and displays the captured image. In addition, the image processing device (2) detects an image of a frame of the display device (101) in the acquired captured image, and performs a masking process on the image on a display screen of the display device (101) on the basis of the detected image of the frame.
