Abstract:
A monitoring system (1) is provided with: an area information acquisition unit (101) for acquiring information for an area to be monitored; a position information acquisition unit (102) for acquiring position information for a plurality of portable terminals (20) that each use an imaging unit to perform monitoring; a candidate determination unit (103) that uses the position information acquired for the plurality of portable terminals (20) as a basis to determine a candidate for a portable terminal (20) to be moved to the area to be monitored from among the plurality of portable terminals (20); and a notification unit (104) that outputs notification regarding movement to the area to be monitored to the candidate.
