Abstract:
Disclosed are a monitoring system and platform for an electric airline food vehicle, which can realize the comprehensive monitoring of working and operating states of a new special transport vehicle, i.e. the electric airline food vehicle, and facilitate the organic integration of three levels of platforms, i.e. an airport, a vehicle operation enterprise and a vehicle production enterprise, to form an all-round airline food transport system monitoring platform. The monitoring system for the electric airline food vehicle and the three levels of platforms are mutually complementary and coordinate with each other to form a dynamic data interaction system for airport vehicles.
