Abstract:
In this invention, a second monitoring device comprises a +X+Y sensor (11S) directed to +45 degrees, a +X-Y sensor (12S) directed to -45 degrees, a -X+Y sensor (13S) directed to +135 degrees, and a -X-Y sensor (14S) directed to -135 degrees. When the second monitoring device flies toward the northeast direction, the second monitoring device uses the +X-Y sensor (12S) to monitor sky over the northern hemisphere at high latitudes and uses the -X+Y sensor (13S) to monitor sky over the southern hemisphere at high latitudes. Moreover, when the second monitoring device flies toward the southeast direction, the second monitoring device uses the -X-Y sensor (14S) to monitor the sky over the northern hemisphere at the high latitudes and uses the +X+Y sensor to monitor the sky over the southern hemisphere at the high latitudes.
