Abstract:
The present invention provides a monitoring system that makes it possible to confirm the state of a movable part and identify the time of occurrence of damage etc., without a user moving to the location of a motion guiding device. A monitoring system (1) according to an aspect of the present invention monitors the degree of damage and/or lubrication in a prescribed movable part of one or more motion guiding devices (3), said monitoring system comprising: a storage unit (13) which stores information that corresponds to a sensing result from a sensor (5) provided in each motion guiding device (3); and a control unit (12) which outputs information that indicates said degree in accordance with a sensing result corresponding to a motion guiding device (3) designated by input from a user.
