Abstract:
Provided is a mono-component polyurethane resin compound to prevent peeling of concrete sheets and tiles and a peeling prevention method for concrete sheets and tiles using said compound. The disclosed compound: can be applied with a trowel or a brush and is superior for coating operations; forms a clear resin coat after reactive curing of the coating; can form, without a top coat, a high strength resin coating that has superior weather resistance; allows easy degradation diagnosis of concrete in concrete structures by visual inspection; can maintain the existing facade of buildings with a tile finish on exterior walls; and does not splash the surrounding area when applied. Also provided are a method for forming, on a concrete sheet or the surface of a wall to which tiles have been attached, a reinforcing layer that includes the mono-component polyurethane resin compound to prevent peeling of concrete sheets and tiling, which includes a urethane polymer with an isocyanate base (A) and a thixotropic agent (B), and a resin coat formed from said resin.
