Abstract:
The present invention relates to: an enzyme for producing hydroxy derivatives of polyunsaturated fatty acids; a method for producing hydroxy derivatives of polyunsaturated fatty acids by using same; and a complex composition of SPMs, comprising hydroxy derivatives of polyunsaturated fatty acids. The enzyme can produce hydroxy derivatives of polyunsaturated fatty acids through a one-time reaction, thereby being very effectively usable in in-vitro production, and a complex composition of SPMs, comprising hydroxy derivatives of polyunsaturated fatty acids promotes the production of collagen, inhibits the production of NO and the expression of TNF-α and IL-6, and increases the expression of filaggrin and loricrin, thereby being effectively usable in the prevention or reduction of skin aging or wrinkles, the strengthening of skin barriers, or the prevention, alleviation or treatment of skin diseases including atopic dermatitis.
