Abstract:
Disclosed is a monoclonal antibody against a biomarker capable of highly specific and effective use in the detection and diagnosis of various pathologies associated with various types of cancer nests and necrotic focuses. The monoclonal antibody against necrosis markers comprises (1) any of the amino acid sequences shown in sequences #1-3, or (2) an amino acid sequence of (1) having one or multiple amino acids substituted, deleted or inserted, or an amino acid sequence at least 90%, preferably at least 95%, or more preferably at least 98%, homologous with the amino acid sequences of (1), and which as a protein displays the same function, activity or properties of the amino acid sequences in (1).
