Abstract:
The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody specifically recognizing B-cell lymphoma cells and a use thereof. Specifically, the present invention relates to the monoclonal antibody; a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating B-cell lymphoma, containing the monoclonal antibody; a composition for diagnosing B-cell lymphoma, containing the monoclonal antibody; a method for providing information for the diagnosis of B-cell lymphoma using the monoclonal antibody; a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) protein comprising 1) the antibody, 2) a transmembrane domain, and 3) an intracellular signaling domain; a recombinant vector expressing the CAR protein; CAR-modified T cells transformed with the recombinant vector; a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating B-cell lymphoma, containing the CAR-modified T cells; and an antibody-drug conjugate in which the monoclonal antibody is conjugated with a drug.
