Abstract:
A monoclonal immunoglobulin quantitative analysis method using capillary immunotyping, comprising: performing electrophoresis on a monoclonal immunoglobulin serum sample to obtain an M protein curve, mixing the monoclonal immunoglobulin serum sample with an antibody to form an immune complex and then performing electrophoresis again to obtain an M protein post-reaction curve, combining the M protein curve with the M protein post-reaction curve to obtain a composite curve, determining region boundaries of the composite curve by means of curve derivation or a neural network, and then performing quantitative calculation to obtain a quantitative result of M protein. An immunochemical method is combined with an electrophoresis method by using a capillary immunotyping technique, a specific antibody and corresponding M protein form an immune complex and then electrophoresis is performed, an M protein peak is eliminated, and the M protein can be accurately quantified by means of a peak area difference between two times of electrophoresis.
