Abstract:
Disclosed is a monolithic multi-way valve body casting, comprising a valve main body (1). The valve main body (1) is cuboid in shape, and is internally provided with a main flow channel, a transverse flow channel (2), a horizontal slanted flow channel (3), an auxiliary flow channel and flow channel ports, wherein the transverse flow channel (2) is located above the main flow channel, the horizontal slanted flow channel (3) is located below the main flow channel, the main flow channel comprises five horizontal longitudinal flow channels from left to right, the horizontal longitudinal flow channels are provided with several oil grooves, and the transverse flow channel and the horizontal slanted flow channel are in communication with the main flow channel through the oil grooves. The casting has the advantages of high integration degree, reasonable and compact structure, high reliability, convenience in casting, use and maintenance, safety, energy conservation, long service life, wide application range, being capable of replacing imported products, greatly increasing first pass yield of castings, and lowering casting costs.
