Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/061077
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This invention is related to the mop bucket for surface cleaning allowing mop to be washed and rinsed with clean water when mopping surfaces for cleaning purposes. In this mop bucket developed, cleaning water in the clean water reservoir (1 ) is transferred to washing part (2) by the influence of gravity and thus, mop is washed and surplus washing water on mop is removed by drying basket (3). The water getting dirty in the washing part (3) is transferred to the dirty water reservoir (4) by the influence of gravity. Therefore, cleaning mop is washed by clean water in every time and clean water does not get dirty.

Description:
MOP BUCKET FOR SURFACE CLEANING

TECHNICAL FIELD

This invention is related to the mop bucket for surface cleaning allowing mop to be washed and rinsed with clean water when mopping surfaces for cleaning purposes. In this mop bucket developed, clean water, wash water and dirty water are kept in different areas and mop can be washed with clean water in every time.

PRIOR ART

In surface cleaning buckets used frequently in previous technique, there is generally only a single water reservoir and mop is both washed and rinsed in the same reservoir during cleaning. In surface cleaning buckets developed afterwards, there are two reservoirs for clean and dirty water. However, the mop getting dirty during cleaning process is removed from dirty things by being squeezed and then being washed in the clean water reservoir. Thus, the mop with dirty things get in touch with clean water and dirty things may enter into clean water.

In the patent document with application number of US2016316988A1 , it is mentioned about a surface cleaning bucket with different reservoirs for clean and dirty water. It is aimed to squeeze the mop, washed in clean water, on dirty water reservoir after cleaning process, which is resulted in removing surplus and dirty water on mop. However, the mop, which has likely dirty things, is washed in clean water reservoir for reuse and possible dirty things on mop enter into clean water. In this case, clean water will become dirty.

In the patent document with application number of US2016316988A1, clean and dirty water are kept in different reservoirs. The mop washed in clean water is squeezed after cleaning in squeezing part on dirty water reservoir, thus surplus and dirty water on mop is transferred to the dirty water reservoir. However, mop should be entered into the clean water reservoir in order to be rewashed. In this case, dirty things likely to remain on mop are entered into clean water and clean water will get dirty during this process.

In surface cleaning bucket in our previous patent document with the application number of TR201802270, clean and dirty water do not get in touch, however, it may be difficult for users to send clean water to wash reservoir as wash water. For this reason, hygienic surface cleaning bucket subjected in this invention and which can be used easier by users, has been developed.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The mop bucket subjected in this invention has been developed in order to wash and rinse a mop used in surface cleaning.

In this surface cleaning mop, clean water, wash water and dirty water are kept in different areas. Therefore, cleaning water remains clean, which enables mop to be washed and to be rinsed with clean water in every time.

In this surface cleaning bucket developed, the clean water (1 ) kept in bucket is transferred to wash part (2) through clean water outlet (1.1 ) by means of the influence of gravity, and mop is washed and rinsed in this part. Later on, the water getting dirty in wash part (2) is transferred to the dirty water reservoir through dirty water outlet (2.1 ) by means of the influence of gravity (4). Therefore, mop gets into touch with clean water during each wash and rinse and dirty water is kept separately. The dirty water in the dirty water reservoir (4) can be removed by a user manually through the space on the reservoir (4) and interior part of the dirty water reservoir (4) can be cleaned in detail through reservoir cleaning outlet (4.1).

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The mop bucket for surface cleaning, the subject of this invention, consists of the following parts and sections: clean water reservoir (1 ) with clean water outlet (1.1 ) allowing clean water to be removed by influence of gravity, reservoir cleaning outlet enabling the detailed cleaning of interior part and the dirty water reservoir (4) with cover (4.2) providing the outlet (4.1) to be kept closed during use, the clean water channel (5) allowing to transfer clean water to washing part (2), clean water control plug (6) enabling the controlled outlet of clean water from reservoir.

Clean water is filled with a space on the clean water reservoir (1 ) in the mop bucket for surface cleaning subjected in this invention. Clean water outlet (1.1 ), which is allowing to transfer clean water from reservoir by the influence of gravity (1.1), is under the clean water reservoir (1). The pass of clean water from the clean water outlet (1 .1) is made manually by clean water control plug (6).

The pass of clean water from the clean water reservoir (1 ) to washing part (2) in the mop bucket for surface cleaning, the subject of this invention, is carried out through clean water channel (5). The clean water is transferred to the washing part (2) by passing from clean water channel (5) after the clean water control plug (6), which closes clean water outlet (1.1 ) below clean water reservoir (1 ), is opened. The quantity of clean water to be transferred is determined by user by opening duration of clean water control plug (6). Next, it is washed in mop part (2), and the washing water on mop is removed by centrifugal effect by means of rotational motion of drying basket (3). The dirty washing water accumulated in washing part (2) is transferred to the dirty water reservoir (4) by influence of gravity from the dirty water outlet (2.1) below washing part (2). The dirty water outlet (2.1) of the washing part (2) can be opened and closed manually by user through dirty water control plug (7).

In the mop bucket for surface cleaning, the subject of this invention, the dirty water accumulated in the dirty water reservoir (4), to where dirty water in washing part (2) is transferred, is removed by user from a space on the dirty water reservoir (4). There is a cover below the dirty water reservoir (4), which makes the reservoir cleaning outlet (4.1 ) closed. After a long time use of the mop bucket, the interior part of the dirty water reservoir (4) needs to be cleaned in detail. In such a case, users may clean the interior part of the dirty water reservoir (4) in detail through reservoir cleaning outlet (4.1 ) by opening the cover (4.1 ) below the dirty water reservoir (4).
