Abstract:
A mortise and a door lock comprising the same are disclosed. According to embodiments of the present invention, the mortise comprises: a base member for housing parts; a side cover which covers one lateral side of the base member and comprises a latch bolt hole; a latch bolt which is provided in a direction perpendicular to the side cover in a advanceable and retractable manner so as to come in and out of the latch bolt hole and is supported to be protruded by a spring; a first rotation member which is rotatably provided at the shaft perpendicular to the base member and is connected to an indoor handle; a connection device for converting the rotation of the first rotation member into the advancing and retracting movement of the latch bolt so as to transmit the same; a second rotation member which is rotatably provided inside the first rotation member, has one or more stopper grooves at the outer surface thereof, and is connected to an outdoor handle; and a clutch device for connecting the first and second rotation members so as the second rotation member and the first rotation member operate together, or for disconnecting the same. The clutch device comprises: one or more stopper pins provided in the radial direction of the first rotation member in a advanceable and retractable manner so as to be stopped at the stopper grooves; a first rotation cam which is provided to the outside of the first rotation member, and has one or more first cam surfaces on the inner surface so as to advance and retract the stopper pins by rotation; and a driving device for rotating the first rotation cam.
