A motion data detection-based air conditioner control method and air conditioner control apparatus, and an air conditioner (11). The method comprises: in response to an air conditioner running parameter adjustment instruction, determining a target user associated with an air conditioner and motion data of the target user; according to the motion data of the target user, determining a corresponding air conditioner set temperature; and according to the identity information of the target user and the running mode of the air conditioner, determining a temperature correction value used for reducing the air conditioner set temperature, and controlling the air conditioner to run at the reduced set temperature. Thus, a comfortable indoor air environment that satisfies user requirements is obtained and user comfort is improved.
