Disclosed is a motion guidance device provided with: a rolling element (4); a fixed-side member (2) having a rolling groove for the rolling element formed along the long direction of said fixed-side member; a moving-side member (3) coupled to the fixed-side member via the rolling element; and an end-regulation means (6), at the end of the fixed-side member, that limits the movement of the moving-side member. The end-regulation means is provided with a first member (6a) affixed to either the fixed-side member or the moving-side member, and a second member (6b) affixed to the other. Said first member (6a) is an elastic sheet having a thickness that is uniform along the direction of movement of the moving-side member. A sloped acting surface (6c) is formed on the aforementioned second member (6b). As the moving-side member moves with respect to the fixed-side member, the sloped acting surface causes the moving-side member to gradually move up the first member. If used for example on a furniture drawer or the like, the disclosed motion guidance device can prevent sudden collisions between a moving block and a stopper member when the drawer is pulled out from a frame, thereby improving the feel of the opening/closing motion of the drawer.
