A motion guide apparatus is provided allowing smooth rolling of a rolling element and restraint of manufacturing cost, and precise utilization of the automatic adjustment capability of a moving member using the rolling element, by accurately positioning the moving member and the rolling element without using a rolling-element positioning means such as a wall or flange. The cross-sectional shape of a rolling-element rolling surface and a load rolling-element rolling surface are formed in an arc shape projecting toward the load rolling-element rolling surface or the rolling-element rolling surface, the rolling element being formed in a drum shape with a diameter that gradually decreases in the axial direction from both ends to correspond to the cross-sectional shape of the rolling-element rolling surface and the load rolling-element rolling surface, the rolling-element rolling surface and load rolling-element rolling surface forming an angular contact structure.
