Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a motive force transmission device that has restrained axial direction proportions. [Solution] A motive force transmission device (20) that transmits motive force from a front wheel side to a rear wheel side has: a hollow transfer input shaft (22) that is coupled to an engine and that has a right front wheel axle (14R) inserted therein; a transfer output shaft (25) that extends in a direction that is perpendicular to the transfer input shaft (22); a transfer drive gear (27) that is provided to the outer periphery of the transfer input shaft (22); and a transfer driven gear (28) that is provided to the outer periphery of the transfer output shaft (25) and that engages the transfer drive gear (27). A damper mechanism (223) is provided so as to absorb fluctuations in the torque that is input to the transfer input shaft (22) from an engine side. In plan view, a middle portion and a left-end-part side portion of the damper mechanism (223) are arranged so as to overlap the transfer driven gear (28) in the extension direction of the transfer output shaft (25).
