Abstract:
A friction wheel (13) is provided between a drive pulley (12) and a driven pulley (15). A first coating (18) comprising an elastic member having a high strength, and a second coating (19) comprising an elastic member having a high frictional coefficient are provided to the outer diameter surface of the friction wheel (13), so as to be parallel in the axial direction. The first coating (18) and the second coating (19) are respectively brought into elastic contact with the drive pulley (12) and the driven pulley (15), and high torque transmission efficiency is ensured by the elastic deformation of the second coating (19) comprising the elastic member having a high frictional coefficient.
