Abstract:
A motor control device for controlling a machine comprises: an identification unit that estimates an inertia moment and viscosity friction; a velocity command generation unit that generates a velocity command, which is obtained by integrating an acceleration command; a differential signal calculation unit that calculates a differential signal from acceleration commands of different times; and an identification period determination unit that determines a validity period for operating the identification unit on the basis of the differential signal, and operates the identification unit in the validity period. The motor control device drives a motor on the basis of the velocity command generated by the velocity command generation unit, and the identification unit estimates the inertia moment and viscosity friction.
