Abstract:

[Problem] To provide a motor control device that does not cause abnormal noise, vibration, and a sense of discomfort in the steering operation by switching the parameters of a current feedback control unit even if motor electric response characteristics change due to the switching of a system in which a failure has occurred and also to provide an electric power steering device mounted with the motor control device and a vehicle. [Solution] A motor control device controls a motor having multi-system motor windings through a motor drive circuit for each winding system by a three-phase current feedback method equipped with a current control unit. The motor control device is equipped with a function of switching and changing the parameters of the current control unit in accordance with the number of drive systems for the multi-system motor windings.
