Abstract:
A control unit has: a gate control voltage output unit for outputting a drive signal for switching a switching element on the basis of hole edges constituting a part of each of six hole stages represented by combinations of the potentials of position detection signals that are the output of a plurality of sensors; a counter value acquisition unit for acquiring from the position detection signals counter values, which are the times of the hole stages represented by the times between the two hole edges that constitute a part of each of the hole stages; and a switching control unit for defining the value obtained by multiplying the counter value of each the hole stages in the previous iteration by a preset correction coefficient as the delay time for each of the hole edges in the current iteration, and outputting the drive signal to the gate control voltage output unit on the basis of each of the hole edges, corrected by the delay time.
