Abstract:
Provided are: a control processing unit for controlling the driving of a motor on the basis of a detection signal, which is the result of motor operation detection, and of a command signal for commanding the operation of a motor upon an input from a controller; and an abnormality determining unit for detecting an abnormality in the controller, a motor control device, and a motor, on the basis of the command signal, the detection signal, and a control signal generated in the interior of the motor control device, and for determining the level of recurrence for the detected abnormality on the basis of a preset standard for determination. In the event of a specific abnormality determined to have a high recurrence by the abnormality determination unit, the control processing unit shifts from a normal mode that enables control of the driving of the motor into a stopped-control state in which driving of the motor is stopped, and transitions to a specific abnormality alarm mode in which the stopped-control state cannot be canceled using a reset process.
