Abstract:
This control device (1) is provided with: generator (10) for generating a drive command for driving a motor forward in one direction and then driving the motor in reverse in the opposite direction; generator (11) for generating a torque command for driving the motor on the basis of the drive command and a position signal indicating the operation state of the motor; a detector (13) for using a signal calculated on the basis of the position signal to detect, as measurement completion contact, the contact between a drive-side transmission part connected to the motor and a load-side transmission part connected to a load and outputting the detection result as a contact signal; and an estimator (14) for estimating the backlash between the drive-side transmission part and the load-side transmission part on the basis of the contact signal and the position signal.
