Abstract:
To provide a motor control device the size of and the cost for which can be easily reduced by miniaturizing a heat sink without increasing the number of parts. The motor control device comprises a heat sink, power semiconductor modules firmly fitted to the heat sink, a board (6) electrically connected to the power semiconductor modules, and a fan (8) for producing the flow of the outside air to apply cooling air onto the heat sink. The heat sink is manufactured by combining two types of heat sinks comprising a first heat sink (9) and a second heat sink (10), and at least one power semiconductor module is firmly fitted to each of the first heat sink (9) and the second heat sink (10).
