Abstract:
Disclosed is a motor control device capable of improving ability to follow mechanical physical quantity command values of an object even if the object exhibits nonlinear characteristics in response to the mechanical physical quantities applied by a mechanical load. The drive of a motor (2) of a processing device (1) is controlled by means of a motor control device body (10). The motor control device body (10) is provided with a pressure command signal generation unit (11), a simulated pressure control unit (12), a simulated position calculation unit (13), a simulated pressure signal generation unit (14), a pressure control unit (15), a speed control unit (16) and a current control unit (17). The speed control unit (16) receives a motor speed command signal (15b), which is the signal of the sum of the real motor speed command value of the real motor speed command signal (15a) from the pressure control unit (15) and the simulated speed calculation value of the simulated motor speed signal (12a). The speed control unit (16) performs speed control computations on the basis of the motor speed command value of the motor speed command signal (15b) and the real motor speed of the real motor speed signal (3a).
