Abstract:
A motor control device equipped with: an operation determination unit (6) that determines whether the motor (1) is in the operating state or the stopped state on the basis of an operation command signal X* or an operation signal Xm; an amplitude estimation unit (7a) that, on the basis of the result of the determination by the operation determination unit (6), sequentially estimates and outputs oscillation amplitude values separately for when the motor is operating and when the motor is stopped, from the control state quantity in a feedback control unit (4) or a current control unit (5); and a function whereby the amplitude of the high-frequency oscillation generated in the mechanical equipment, which includes the control system, is output as information that is useful in estimating the factor causing the oscillation.
