Abstract:
In a PWM controlled motor, a motor frequency f is detected (S1), and then a PID control Duty value is calculated (S2) and a basic limit Duty value Max.Duty(1) is set (S3). Max.Duty value at -40°C is used in the Max.Duty(1). Motor temperature is detected (S4) and when it exceeds 5°C, the Max.Duty(1) is multiplied by a temperature correspondence coefficient Kt at normal temperature and Max.Duty(2) is set at a constant value (S6). When the motor temperature is lower than 5°C, the Max.Duty(1) is multiplied by a temperature correspondence coefficient Kt corresponding to a detected temperature and the Max.Duty(2) is set (S7). Since correction by the temperature correspondence coefficient is performed with reference to a basic limit Duty value at -40°C, the Max.Duty value is not suppressed more than required even under low temperature and a torque is ensured.
