Abstract:
A motor controller and an external rotor motor using the same. The motor controller comprises a control box (1), a control circuit board (2), and a wire protection sleeve (3). A cavity (11) is formed in the central part of the control box, and an opening is formed in the top of the cavity. The control circuit board is mounted on the bottom of the cavity. A wire outlet hole (12) is formed in the sidewall of the cavity. The wire protection sleeve is disposed in the cavity and blocks the wire outlet hole. The outer edge of an end surface of the wire protection sleeve tightly presses on the inner wall surface of the cavity. A lead on the control circuit board extends outwards from the central part of the wire protection sleeve. The motor controller has a simple structure and is convenient to mount; the wire outlet hole is large, and multiple leads or terminals can extend out of the wire outlet hole; the motor controller has a high assembly efficiency and good waterproof performance.
