Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are a motor controller, a powertrain and an electric vehicle. The motor controller comprises an inverter circuit, the inverter circuit comprising three bridge arms. Each bridge arm comprises an upper bridge switching transistor and a lower bridge switching transistor, and bridge arm midpoints of the three bridge arms are respectively connected to three-phase windings of a driving motor. In response to the current frequency of at least one phase of windings being greater than or equal to a first frequency threshold value, the three upper bridge switching transistors or the three lower bridge switching transistors are switched from an alternating turn-on mode to a holding turn-on mode or a holding turn-off mode, or the three upper bridge switching transistors and the three lower bridge switching transistors are switched from an alternating turn-on mode to a holding turn-off mode. In response to the current frequency of at least one phase of windings being less than a second frequency threshold value, the three upper bridge switching transistors and the three lower bridge switching transistors are switched from an alternating turn-on mode to a holding turn-off mode, or the three upper bridge switching transistors or the three lower bridge switching transistors are switched from a holding turn-on mode to a holding turn-off mode. The embodiments of the present application can improve the control accuracy of motor controllers.
