Abstract:
A motor controller (10) comprising a high-voltage driver board (11) having distributed thereon high-voltage circuits, a control board (12) having distributed thereon low-voltage circuits, and several current sensors (13) arranged between the high-voltage driver board (11) and the control board (12). A high-voltage end (130) of each current sensor (13) is electrically connected to the high-voltage driver board (11); a low-voltage end (131) of each current sensor (13) is electrically connected to the control board (12); the high-voltage driver board (11) and the control board (12) are arranged in a vertical space. High and low voltages are arranged in two, upper and lower, layers via the current sensors (13); the high-voltage ends (130) of the current sensors (13) are connected to the high-voltage driver board (11); the low-voltage ends (131) of the current sensors (13) are connected to the control board (12). This implements a vertical distribution of high and low voltages and complete separation between the high-voltage circuits and the low-voltage circuits, thus reducing interferences from the high-voltage circuits to the low-voltage circuits, and improving the safeness of the high- and low-voltage circuits. The advantage is particularly significant in a high-density assembly.
