The present invention comprises: switches (61, 62, 63), which are mechanical switches that can switch the connection state of a motor (7); an inverter (30), which generates AC voltage from DC voltage and outputs the AC voltage to the motor (7); and a control device (100), which controls the switches (61, 62, 63) and the inverter (30). The control device (100) causes the switches (61, 62, 63) to switch the connection state with the AC voltage output from the inverter (30) set to zero.
