Abstract:
Upon acquiring a speed command for controlling a motor (102), the motor drive device (101) controls a motor current flowing to the motor (102). The motor drive device (101) is provided with a speed control unit (14), a disturbance compensation unit (16), and a current control unit (18). The disturbance compensation unit (16) has a phase compensation part, a disturbance torque compensation part, and a disturbance torque estimation part. Upon acquiring a generated first torque command, the phase compensation part generates a second torque command the phase of which is advanced. Upon acquiring the generated second torque command and a disturbance torque estimation value, which is generated in accordance with a motor speed, the disturbance torque compensation part generates a third torque command. Upon acquiring the third torque command and the motor speed, the disturbance torque estimation part generates a disturbance torque estimation value.
