Provided is a motor drive force transmission device capable of suppressing the generation of NV. The motor drive force transmission device (1) comprises: an electric motor (4) having a motor shaft (42) having an eccentric part that generates and outputs motor rotational force for operating a differential mechanism; and a bearing mechanism that has ball bearings (34) interposed between an end section on one side in the shaft direction of a housing (2) and an end section on one side in the shaft direction of a differential case (30), ball bearings (35) interposed between an end section on the other side in the shaft direction of the differential case (30) and an end section on one side in the shaft direction of the motor shaft (42), and ball bearings (46) interposed between an end section on the other side in the shaft direction of the housing (2) and an end section on the other side in the shaft direction of the motor shaft (42). The bearing mechanism has an axial load applied to the ball bearings (34, 35, 46) by a spring (48).
