Abstract:
Provided is a motor-driven opening and closing valve wherein a simple structure is used to reliably prevent the surface of an output shaft or the like from being adversely affected by fluid reversely flowing from a discharge opening when an inflow opening is closed. This motor-driven opening and closing valve is configured such that a fluid inflow opening (2) is formed in the bottom surface (1a) of a closed-end cylindrical valve body (1), a fluid discharge opening (3) is formed in the outer periphery (1b) of the valve body (1), a motor (5) is disposed in an opening (4) in the valve body (1), and a valve element (7) is provided to the output shaft (6) of the motor (5), the valve element (7) being moved rectilinearly by the rotation of the output shaft (6) to open and close the inflow opening (2). A second valve body (10) is integrally formed on the base end of the valve element (7), the second valve body (10) closing the discharge opening (3) when the valve element (7) is located at a position where the valve element (7) closes the inflow opening (2), and opening the discharge opening (3) when the valve element (7) is located at a position retracted away from the inflow opening (2).
