Abstract:
The present invention suppresses the emission of noise from a motor drive circuit to improve EMC performance and mitigate cost increases. In a multilayer substrate 110 on which a motor drive circuit 150 is provided, a second conductive layer G2 constituting a common ground pattern 100c is formed in the entire area of the substrate in a second layer 112. In a third layer 113, a third conductive layer G3 constituting the common ground pattern 100c is formed so as to surround the entire outer periphery of a power-system circuit 170. In a fourth layer 114, a fourth conductive layer G4 constituting the common ground pattern 100c is formed so as to surround the entire outer periphery of the power-system circuit 170. The third conductive layer G3 is provided with a noise guard portion G32 that extends to the outer edge of the substrate along the outer periphery of the power-system circuit 170. The noise guard portion G32 is connected to the second conductive layer G2 and the fourth conductive layer G4 via a plurality of through-holes H1 that are arranged in the outer edge of the substrate so as to surround the power-system circuit 170.
