Abstract:
A quantity of electricity of a power supply of a connection switching device (60) for switching the connection state of a motor (7) or at least one quantity of electricity varying in conjunction with said quantity of electricity is detected (90), and on the basis of the result of the detection, a decrease in voltage of the switching power supply is detected or predicted, and further, on the basis of the result of the detection or prediction, an inverter is controlled such that the motor is stopped before the voltage (V60) of the switching power supply becomes lower than the minimum voltage needed for operation of the connection switching device. A failure in the connection switching device can be prevented.
