Abstract:
Provided is a motor driving device comprising: a diode bridge circuit (23) for rectifying an AC voltage supplied from an AC power source; a rectification circuit (28) configured of a valley-fill circuit (26) and a series circuit (25) of two film capacitors connected between output terminals of the diode bridge circuit; a motor (4); an inverter circuit (29) for driving the motor with a DC voltage supplied through the rectification circuit; a switch (27) connected between one of AC voltage inputs in the diode bridge circuit and a common connection point in the series circuit; and a controller (32) for controlling on/off of the switch according to the state of the motor.
