Abstract:
The present invention provides a motor for electric power steering for which foreign substances are prevented from entering a control unit.
This motor for electric power steering has a resolver structure that is provided between a housing, which divides a control unit from a resolver, and an insulator, which is positioned so as to face the housing, so as to surround the perimeter of a fixing section, which is used for fixing the base section of a terminal that is electrically connected to the front end of a conductive wire of a coil, in order to prevent foreign substances from intruding into the control unit from the interval between the housing and the insulator.
