Abstract:
A motor manufacturing device 10 provided with an operation unit 15, a magnetization unit 17, a magnetic shield member 71, and a control unit 50. The operation unit 15 mounts an unmagnetized sensor magnet unit 31 onto an end of the axis of a shaft 33. The magnetization unit 17 magnetizes, while a rotor 34 is held at a prescribed rotation position, the sensor magnet unit 31 at a magnetic pole position having a prescribed rotation angle with respect to the magnetic poles of a main magnet 35. The magnetic shield member 71 is disposed between the main magnet 35 and the sensor magnet unit 31, at least when the sensor magnet unit is magnetized. The control unit 50 controls the operation of the operation unit 15, the magnetic shield member 71, and the magnetization unit 17.
