Abstract:
[Problem] To assemble a needed robot quickly according to circumstances and to make the robot operable by assigning functions. [Solution] Provided are a robot 1 that is provided with a plurality of identical motor modules 10 and that is configured by connecting the plurality of motor modules either directly or via joint members and a control terminal 11 for controlling the rotation of the motor modules. The motor modules are each provided with: a motor body that is provided with a rotating output section; a radio communication function; a control unit; and a battery. The plurality of motor modules are configured so that the control units are assigned functions for operating the robot from a setting terminal using the radio communication functions and that the control units control the driving of the motor bodies according to an instruction from the control terminal.
