Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to simplify the structure for joining a cover member and a resin sealing member that covers a stator, and to improve the accuracy with which the cover member is positioned with respect to the resin sealing member. A motor 2 of a pump device 1 comprises a resin sealing member 13 that covers a stator 11, and a cover member 14 that covers the resin sealing member 13 from the output side L1. In the cover member 14 and the resin sealing member 13, a part positioned abutting in the axis line L direction and a part secured using an adhesive agent are separate parts, and therefore the accuracy with which the cover member 14 is positioned with respect to the resin sealing member 13 is high. Also, because an adhesive agent can be used for securing purposes, it is possible to simplify the structure of the securing location. The cover member 14 is provided with a first adhesive agent reservoir part 100 that doubles as a hollow shape on the inner peripheral side of an annular cover member side securing surface 72. Therefore, it is possible to retain protruding adhesive agent, and it is not necessary to perform strict control of the application amount of the adhesive agent.
