The present application relates to the technical field of motor mechanical equipment, and provides a motor stator assembly and a motor, solving the technical problem in the prior art that an axial magnetic field motor cannot accurately detect the position of a rotor. The motor stator assembly comprises a stator and a controller provided in the stator; the controller comprises a master control board and a Hall plate which is in communication connection with the master control board; the master control board and the Hall plate are respectively provided at two sides of the stator in an axial direction, and the Hall plate is closer to a rotor than the master control board in the axial direction of the stator; Hall elements on the Hall plate are provided directly facing a rotor magnetic ring. In the present application, inductive control of the axial magnetic field motor can be realized. The Hall plate is closer to the rotor, and therefore, the rotor position in the operating process of the motor can be accurately detected by means of the Hall elements on the Hall plate directly facing the rotor magnetic ring, thereby improving the detection precision of the rotor position and also improving the stability of the motor operation.
