Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a motor stator (10), comprising: a stator core (11), and stator windings (12) mounted on the stator core (11). At least one stator winding (12) among the stator windings (12) is formed by connecting a plurality of forming wires (120) in series. At least one of the first forming wire (120) and the last forming wire (120) is formed by a first-type forming wire (121), and at least one forming wire (120) located between the first forming wire (120) and the last forming wire (120) is formed by a second-type forming wire (122). The first-type forming wire (121) is configured to have an insulating layer (124) having a stronger corona resistance than that of the second-type forming wire (122). Further provided are a corresponding variable frequency motor and a corresponding manufacturing method for the motor stator. According to the invention, a more reliable motor stator can be provided in a mode that is convenient to manufacture and cost-saving.
