Abstract:
A motor structure for use in an electric wheelchair, comprising: a shell (30), a front end cover (10), a rear end cover (40), a rotating shaft (501), a rotor (50), a commutator (70) which is sleeved on the rotating shaft (501) and which is electrically connected to the rotor (50), a brush power supply end (60) which is fixed to the front end cover (10) and which is in contact with the commutator (70), as well as a plurality of tile-shaped magnets (20) surrounding the rotor (50). A cross section of the tile-shaped magnet (20) is symmetrical about an axis thereof; the tile-shaped magnet (20) comprises an inner arc surface (201) and an outer arc surface (202); the center (O1) corresponding to the inner arc surface (201) and the center (O1, O2, O3) corresponding to the outer arc surface (202) are on a same straight line and disposed at a distance. The present invention has the following advantages: because the center (O1) corresponding to the inner arc surface (201) and the center (O1, O2, O3) corresponding to the outer arc surface (202) are on a same straight line and disposed at a distance, a magnetic field generated by the tile-shaped magnets (20) has relatively smooth waveforms while having less electromagnetic interference, allowing a current to be smaller as a motor is being started; thus, a time constant is smaller, which means the impact on the power supply is smaller. Accordingly, the motor and the electric wheelchair feature a better sense of control and safety performance, while having a longer service life.
