Abstract:
A traction motor junction box (1) and a motor comprising said junction box, the junction box comprising a junction box body (11), the junction box body (11) being secured to a motor base (2), the junction box body (11) being internally provided with a three-phase cable (13) and a wiring base mounted toward the side of a wheel pair, and the wiring base (12) being used for securing the three-phase electrical cable (13). The wiring base (12) is far from the vertical symmetry plane of the motor and is arranged toward the side of a wheel pair; the radian of the side wall of the motor is used to compensate the height difference between the actual height of the junction box and the allowable height, having a large creepage distance and electrical clearance. The present wiring box (1) solves the problem of the restricted space below the steering frame without changing the main structure of the motor, and also facilitates leading out the three-phase cable (13).
