Abstract:
A motor unit, comprising: an output shaft extending along a center axis; a reducer linked to the output shaft; a switching mechanism provided to the reducer, the switching mechanism switching the state of motive power transmission between the output shaft and the motor in concert with the axial movement of a lock pin; a motor linked to the reducer; and a position-locking mechanism connected to the lock pin, the position-locking mechanism maintaining the axial direction position of the lock pin. The position-locking mechanism has: a link rod connected to the lock pin on the opposite side from the reducer; a coil spring installed on the link rod side of the lock pin, the coil spring pressing the lock pin in the axial direction; and a heart cam device for moving the link rod in the axial direction.
